Trauma-informed counselling in Cambridge & online
Gentle, steady support for trauma, anxiety, and difficult life transitions
I’m a counsellor based in Cambridge with over a decade of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges and rediscover a deeper sense of connection and ease.
I specialise in trauma, family therapy, and supporting people to break free from destructive cycles, such as substance misuse and other coping mechanisms that may once have provided comfort but now stand in the way of living fully and authentically.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, weaving together somatic awareness and parts-based exploration to help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner truth. I believe that real healing happens when we can meet all parts of ourselves with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
Sessions are paced to your individual needs, creating a safe and collaborative space where you can explore your experience at a depth that feels right for you. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, emotional freedom, and a renewed capacity to engage with life in a more grounded and fulfilling way.
At the heart of my work is a deep trust in our innate capacity to heal. Therapy is not about fixing what is “wrong” with you, but about creating the right conditions for your natural strengths, resilience, and inner wisdom to emerge. My role is to walk alongside you with presence and compassion, helping you reconnect with the qualities already within you — so that healing and growth can unfold naturally, from the inside out.
